1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ibu4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ibu4d online betting platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the ibu4d platform and services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the ibu4d platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an account on ibu4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one account per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your username, password, and all account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify ibu4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Account Verification

ibu4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer / KYC procedures) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, credit card image with middle digits obscured)
• Selfie photograph holding identification document for facial verification

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

ibu4d accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). By making a deposit, you agree that:

• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be legally yours to wager.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page.
• ibu4d does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-15 minutes during banking hours. Delays outside our control (bank processing times, network issues) may occur.
• You must deposit from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified ibu4d account details.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as displayed on the withdrawal page.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC). Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional verification unless specifically requested.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB Monday-Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
• ibu4d reserves the right to request additional verification or information before processing large withdrawals (typically above Rp 10,000,000).
• You must wager at least 100% of your deposit amount (turnover requirement) before withdrawing deposited funds. This anti-money-laundering measure prevents the platform from being used as a money transfer service.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount. Fee structures are published on the withdrawal page.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

ibu4d offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are subject to reasonable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Each bonus has specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published with each promotion and must be read carefully.
• Abuse of bonuses (including but not limited to multiple account creation, strategic betting to exploit promotional terms, collusion with other players) will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players once only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements). For example, a bonus with "30x wagering" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10-20%
• Sports betting contributions vary by odds (bets below certain odds thresholds may contribute 0%)

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on ibu4d (including football/bandar bola, basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports), you agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, changed, or reversed after placement except in cases of obvious technical error.
• Bet settlement is based on official results from recognized governing bodies. If an official result is subsequently changed (due to disqualification, appeals, etc.), ibu4d reserves the right to re-settle bets accordingly.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be settled according to published sports betting rules (typically voided and stakes returned if the event does not resume within 48 hours).
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day. These limits are displayed during bet placement and vary by sport and market type.
• ibu4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly for unusual betting patterns or suspected advantage play.

5.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from accredited game providers. By playing these games, you acknowledge that:

• Outcomes are determined by random chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or operators.
• Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage representing theoretical long-term payout rates. Short-term results will vary significantly from RTP due to variance.
• Malfunction voids all plays and pays. In the rare event of game malfunction or technical error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games, particularly progressive jackpot slots.

5.3 Lottery and Togel

For lottery games including togel (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and other markets), the following rules apply:

• Results are based on official draws from recognized lottery operators in each jurisdiction.
• Bet acceptance closes at the published deadline before each draw. Bets placed after the deadline will apply to the next available draw.
• Prizes are paid according to published payout tables for each bet type (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, etc.).
• If an official lottery draw is canceled or significantly delayed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Restrictions

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ibu4d staff
• Attempting to hack, DDoS, or otherwise attack the platform infrastructure
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location (unless required for privacy in your jurisdiction and disclosed to ibu4d)
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or other illegitimate sources

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibu4d platform including logos, graphics, text, software, game designs, and trademarks are the property of ibu4d or our licensed content providers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform or games
• Use ibu4d trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror the ibu4d website on other domains

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ibu4d provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, payment processor outages, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of ibu4d services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.
• We are not responsible for the tax obligations or legal consequences of your gambling activities. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with tax laws and gambling regulations in your jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ibu4d services:

2. We will investigate your complaint within 48 hours and respond with our findings and proposed resolution.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that licensing jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms
